1. Overview

This website is operated by Iron Realm, trading as Throne Advent ("we", "us", "our"), Henryka Sienkiewicza 37B/16, 90-014 Łódź, Poland. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you place an order.

3. Independent fan brand

Throne Advent is an independent fan brand. Our products are original designs inspired by the epic fantasy genre. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to HBO, Warner Bros. Discovery, George R. R. Martin or any official franchise. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Products

  • Our advent calendars contain small collectible miniatures intended for teens and adults (14+). Warning: choking hazard — small parts. Not for children under 3.
  • We make every effort to display products accurately. Miniatures are hand-painted, so colors, details and finishes may vary slightly from the photos, and screens may display colors differently.
  • Product images on the website may include lifestyle and illustrative photography.
  • Products are available while stock lasts. We may limit quantities per customer or household.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Optional services

Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit, including theft after the package is marked as delivered; if this happens we will reship your order or refund it. Skip the Line gives your order priority processing so it is packed and dispatched before standard orders. These services do not limit any rights you have by law.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to you (or to a person you nominate).

9. Returns, refunds and your statutory rights

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and you also have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that your content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images and videos — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect personal data of others; to interfere with the security or operation of the website; or to place fraudulent orders.

13. Third-party links and services

Our store may link to or use third-party websites and services (for example, payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly and amicably.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
